By participating in the user testing for Fleur Media, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Purpose of Testing
The purpose of the user testing is to gather feedback on the usability, design, and overall experience of the Fleur Media’s clients’ websites. Your participation will help us identify areas for improvement.
2.1 Freelancers. Fleur Media provides contractors the opportunity to work as “freelancers”, each individually a “freelancer”, by registering and accepting engagements within any of the businesses made available for use on the Fleur Media platform.
2.2 Participation
•Participation is voluntary. You may withdraw from the test at any time without penalty.
•You must be 18 years or older to participate.
•You must provide accurate information during the testing session.
•The test will take approximately 20-30 minutes to complete.
3. Recording of Sessions
•The session may be recorded for internal use only, including video, audio, and screen recordings.
•These recordings will be used solely for note-taking and analysis to improve the website’s user experience.
•All recordings will be securely stored and deleted once no longer needed for analysis.
•If you are uncomfortable with the recording, you may choose not to participate. If you prefer not to turn on your camera, that’s acceptable, although we would appreciate it if the camera is on to study the user experience better.
4. Confidentiality
•The information and content you interact with during the test are confidential and must not be shared with others outside of the test.
•Similarly, we will not share any personal information collected during the test with third parties without your consent, except as necessary to process your compensation or comply with legal obligations.
5. Payment
•In return for your participation, you will receive a €10 payment. The payment will be processed after you have completed the test and, if applicable, the follow-up questionnaire.
•Payment will be sent within 5 business days via bank transfer, PayPal, or Revolut.
6. Data Collection
•When filling in the questionnaire, the freelancer is obligated to provide the requested information completely, correctly, and in the appropriate format. Fleur Media reserves the right to make user activation, or continued activation, contingent upon the provision of suitable proof demonstrating the accuracy of the information given.
•This data will be anonymised where possible and only used for the purpose of improving our clients’ website and services.
•By participating, you consent to Fleur Media using your feedback to enhance products and services.
7. Liability
•Fleur Media will not be liable for any damages or losses arising from your participation in the user testing.
•You agree to participate in a safe and responsible manner.
8. Modifications and Updates
•Fleur Media reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify participants of any significant changes.
